Revision of the rutile/anatase band alignment: Towards efficient solar energy harvesting
My main research interests broadly encompass the rational chemical design of novel semiconductors for renewable energy applications, and the defect chemistry/physics of semiconductors for many applications including transparent conducting oxides (TCOs), photovoltaics (PV), and photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting etc.
